Jesse Charles Lillard Jr. ( Chalkeye)

Jesse Lillard, Jr. (Chalkeye) was born on July 16, 1950 to Virginia and Jesse Lillard, Sr. in Nashville, TN. He departed this life on February 25, 2018.





Jesse attended Nashville Public Schools. He was also employed in the Metro School system as a custodian. He was also employed with Fluffo Mattress Company. In his spare time he enjoyed hanging with family and joking around.

He is survived by his daughters, Charmissa (Lisa) Johnson, Janae Lillard, Jessica Lillard and son, Corey Johnson; sisters, Linda (Terry) Esmond and Veronica Lillard; grandchildren, Kristopher Hatcher, Kejuana Collins, Grenetria Shell, Keleah Shell, Ghakeah Shell, Armani Johnson, William Swint, Darren Brown and Robert Tyus, Jr.; devoted friend, Olive Johnson; nephews, Michael, Kenneth, Marcus and Seneca; nieces, Marquatin Murphy family friend, Greg Shell, as well as host of cousins other family and friends.
