Tammy Lynn Hartley

Tammy Lynn Hartley of Nashville, TN departed this life on Monday, June 25, 2018. She was employed with Ridgetop Haven Nursing Home for many years and also spent time visiting patients. Tammy enjoyed her family and especially spending time with her grandchildren. She leaves to cherish her memory, a loving husband, Charles Hartley; her daughters, Brandi (Daniel) Scruggs, and Brittany Steady; mother, Gail Gordon-Giles; step-daughter, Brittney Blue; step-sons, Jeremiah and, Cody Hartley; Siblings, Tim (Katrina) Giles and, Lee Giles; Grandchildren, Savannah Scruggs, Autumn, Amber and, Bristol Hartley; sister in law, Lisa Giles.

Preceded in death by her father, Walter Giles and brother, Mike Giles.
