Ms. Cheryl Diane Pratt "Froggy" was born May 21, 1958 in Nashville, TN to the late William Douglas Pratt Sr. and Ruby Jean Pratt.

She passed away January 13, 2022 after a long courageous battle with cancer, surrounded by loved ones who will continue to honor her legacy by living every moment.

Cheryl attended school in the metropolitan Nashville public school system. She was an employee at Vanderbilt Hospital where she enjoyed working in housekeeping.
