Elva Elizabeth Mosby, 92 affectionately known as “Little Mama” by family/friends passed away peacefully on Friday, October 1, 2021.
Elva was born in Prospect, TN, on March 9, 1929, to the late Cornelia Upshaw Reedus and Carlie Reedus, Sr and to this union five children were born.
Elva is preceded in death by her father Carlie Reedus, Sr mother Cornelia Upshaw Reedus, brothers Upshaw Reedus, Carlie Reedus, Jimmy Reedus, sister Girlie Wilson, son Anthony Coleman and niece Deborah Reedus.
Survived by husband, William Mosby; children, Larry Coleman, Valerie Coleman, Raymond (Princess) Coleman, Linda (John) Morrow, Barbara Moore and Michael (Kena) Coleman; nephews, nieces, great-nieces, cousins and a host of grandchildren and great grandchildren.
Elva was a faithful member of the Kings Lane Church of Christ and loved God and his word. She was loved by all and will be missed.
