Floyd Hale, III, began his life’s journey on July 8, 1959 in Memphis, TN. Floyd was the fourth child and the only son born to the late Floyd and Emma Hale. He departed this life on October 16, 2020 at 1:27 AM after an acute illness.

To this union, two children were born: Ashley and Kelvin Hale. In 2016, Brandon L. Thomas-Hale was adopted.
