Leslie Kimble

Leslie Kimble, was born in Nashville, Tennessee on September 9, 1941 and died peacefully on July 29, 2017 at Alive Hospice after a brief illness.

Leslie attended Metro Public Schools. He worked in property maintenance and as a painter for many years. He loved music and had a kind heart. Leslie will be greatly missed by his family and friends.

Leslie was preceded in death by his parents, Mattie and Robert Kimble; brothers, Eugene, John and William Kimble, Robbie Mae and Salathial Stringfellow (sister and brother-in-law); Waddell Bratton and Wesley Hemphill (brother-in-law).

He is survived by sisters, Geraldine Terry, Doris Bratton, Julia Hemphill, and Mary Groves; brother, Chester Kimble; Edna Kimble (sister-in-law), many loving nieces and nephews, and friends.
