Paul Buford Campbell Sr

January 21, 1931 — February 10, 2017

Paul Buford Campbell, Sr., Age 86, passed on Friday, February 10, 2017, 2:01pm at Alive Hospice, Inc., located in Nashville, Tennessee.

He was a native Nashvillian were he was educated in the Metro public schools; and retired from Ford Glass Plant in 1987. Just two years ago he retired again, from his enjoyable lawn-care service.

Paul proudly served in the United States Army, 1951—1953.

He was preceded in death by his caring parents, William and Lena Campbell; sisters, Claudia Mae Johnson, Mattie B. Ray, Dollie Neeley, and Cleora Johnson; brothers, James Campbell, Charles Campbell, William Campbell and John Campbell, Sr.; daughters, Annie Shelton and Candice White; sons, Paul Buford Campbell, Jr., and Rodney Joe Campbell, Sr.

Paul is survied by his devoted wife of 20 years, Annette Hanna-Campbell; children, James Lawrence, Larry Campbell, Sr., Virgie Campbell, Rosalind Black, Lena (Darren) Boleyjack, Paul Shelton, Nicole Griffith, Emire Jones, Robert Jones, and Donald White; sister-in-law, Veleria Campbell; and a host of grands, great-grands, great-great grands, nieces, nephews and friends.

Visitation will be Thursday, February 23, 2017 at 11:00 a.m. until 12:00 noon with a memorial service to follow at 12:00 noon in the chapel of Highland Hills Funeral Home, 2422 Brick Church Pike, Nashville, TN 37207
