Helen leaves to cherish her loving husband of 41 years Robert L Settles Sr; daughter, Yvette (Roderick) Luster; son, Robert “Bobby” L Settles Jr., son, Joseph (Karetha) Baker Jr; daughter Kimberly (Eric) Mallard and daughter Fallon Settles; Siblings: brother Jesse “Nay” (Cecelia) Williams of Queens, NY, sister Barbara Long of Enfield, NC, sister Vicki (William) Burney; Aunts: Cheryl (James) Russell, Gwendolyn (Clyde) Aikens, Barbara Nall, and Uncle Alvin Lee; Grandchildren: Kennedi, Raniya, Ryan, Joseph “lil Joe”, Kolten, Kadison, Maresha, Raven, Kenosha, Montereo, Jaquandria and Jacquie and 7 great grandchildren. Many nieces, nephews, cousins, friends, church family and other relatives.
