Jacqueline L. Waller Buckner was born September 24, 1955 in Nashville, Tennessee. She was the 3rd out of 10 children born to the union of William and Carolyn E. Phillips Waller.
Jackie attended Metro Nashville Public School.
Jackie was baptized as a child at Brook’s Memorial UMC in Brentwood, Tennessee. And later she attended Means Avenue & Virginia Street Baptist Church in Hopkinsville, Kentucky.
In 1972 we moved to Hopkinsville, Kentucky and Jackie the” love of her life” James Buckner, they were married for 27 years until his death. After his death she stayed in Kentucky until she moved back home in 2022 due to her failing health.
Jackie was a house wife and she loved to cook, she loved gardening & she loved fishing. She could grow anything and had the summer gardens to prove it. She also made a mean macaroni salad… yum, yum, yum
Jackie was preceded in death by her loving husband James, her loving parents & 3 brothers Michael, Jerry & Robert (Delores) Waller
She leaves to cherish her memories 3 brothers Ronald (Alice), Darnell (Linda) Billy (Alisa) Waller. 3 sisters Teressa, Sandra & Patricia Waller. 9 nieces, 9 nephews, 10 great nieces, 13 great nephews and numerous cousins & friends
Devoted cousins Estella Peters, Minnie Murray & Annie Burns, devoted friends Kathy Brown & Delores Buckner of Hopkinsville, Ky.
