Jeffery is survived and will be missed by his brother, Venciel (Hazel) Marsh; his sisters, Vandolyn Smith, Deborah Donaldson, Sheila (Herman) Hastings, Glorya Maryland, and Sandra (William) Griffey, Sr.; an aunt, Juanita Miller; a host of beloved nieces, nephews, and cousins.
