Keith Andre Webster, affectionately known as Keechie, was born on March 28, 1954 in
Nashville, TN to the proud parents of Maple Generia Lawrence and Granville J Webster,
Sr. The youngest of two children. He was called home peacefully on March 28, 2024.
Keith was educated in Metro Davidson County Public Schools and graduated from
Cohn High School in 1972. After graduation, he joined the United States Marine Corps.
He was honored with the National Defense Service Medal, Good Conduct Medal, and
honorably discharged from service.
Keith worked at Seaboard Railroad System, Metro Bordeaux Hospital, and Hunter’s
Hometown Foods. He thoroughly enjoyed his time spent at Hunter’s Hometown Foods
and the opportunity to engage with the customers and other employees.
Keith was a very happy go lucky person. Whenever he was around, you were
guaranteed to have a good time. His entertaining spirit, natural sense of humor, and
ability to find joy in everyday situations were some of his best qualities. He loved to
have fun and celebrate with family and friends.
Keith was preceded in death by his parents, Maple Generia Noel and Granville J
Webster, Sr., along with his brother, Granville J Webster, Jr.
Keith leaves to cherish his memory, two loving daughters, Erika (James) Winton and
Nesheryl Williamson; loving granddaughter, Nia Mackenzie Winton; devoted nieces,
Marquista Webster, Monique Webster, and Shardey Webster; loving aunts, Parthenia
Manning, Naomi Watson, and Margaret Wiggins; devoted cousins, Lawrence M
Campbell, Lynette Campbell Hall, and Natalie Wiggins; devoted family friends, the entire
Donaldson Family; and a host of other relatives and friends.
