Shelia was preceded in death by her brother, Leon Hayes, Jr.
She leaves to cherish her memory: her son, Marquinn Steven; father, Leon Hayes, Sr.; mother, Delores Hayes; sisters, Pamela Ferraro and Angela (Mack) Starks; brothers, Miguel (Sonja) and Leonard; a host of beloved nieces and nephews, and a very devoted friend in Troy Logan and the Logan Family.
Shelia had a gift for making memories and bringing laughter and fun to everything she touched. Her smile and laughter will remain in our hearts. We will love you and miss you for the rest of our lives.
